Rosacea and Skin Care Products
Rosacea is a common skin disorder that shows itself with redness on the face. It's also known as adult acne. Little red pimples can be seen on the face in a rosacea condition. Redness usually appears on cheeks and it is noticeable on the forehead, chin and nose.
Sometimes ears, chest and back can be affected. Rosacea generally occurs in course of time. Tendency to face redness first starts with sensitivity to cosmetics. What to do? Reasons of rosacea condition are unknown. The best way to protecting yourself is staying away from the factors that cause redness on face. Stay away from hot drinks, spicy foods, drinks with caffeine and alcohol. Alcohol intensifies the symptoms significantly but it's not the only reason that makes it worse.
People with rosacea condition should protect themselves from sun with using sun creams and a cap. Daily use of sunscreens and other skin care products is really important to prevent worsening. Hot or cold weather increases symptoms and should be avoided.
Use special skin care products for your face. Taking care of your face plays the most important role in keeping symptoms to a minimum. Skin care products made without alcohol and without materials that cause irritation is suitable. Use them safely to prevent rosacea going worse.
